(1) The head of the mission shall submit a report as prescribed by the Ministry regarding the work carried out by him, issues that may promote the interests of Nepal in the international community, and important events or issues in the country where he is stationed.

< p>However, reports on important matters of nature that need to be immediately informed to the Ministry should be submitted immediately.

(2) Before returning after completing their tenure, the head of the mission and the staff should report the important achievements of the mission during their tenure, the promotion of the interests of Nepal in the international community. For this, a report should be submitted to the commission and the ministry, including the actions to be taken in the future and the improvements to be made, as well as other necessary things.
